1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 111bdt platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 111bdt (the "Company"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

111bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to engage in gambling activities. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Identity Verification. 111bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document; proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement; and verification of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the Platform. If 111bdt discovers that a User holds more than one account — whether under their own name or under a different name — the Company reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein. This policy applies regardless of whether the duplicate account was opened intentionally or inadvertently.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

2.5 Prohibited Users. The Platform is not available to persons located in or resident of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 111bdt makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. 111bdt will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

3.2 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 111bdt support immediately at [email protected]. 111bdt may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected breach of security.

3.3 Account Closure by User. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

3.4 Account Closure by 111bdt. 111bdt reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; provision of false information; or conduct that 111bdt reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other users, or the Company.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Methods. 111bdt currently supports the following local Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. 111bdt is not liable for any losses arising from the unavailability of a particular payment method.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 111bdt does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 111bdt accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are specified within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed only to a verified account and only to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the account (same-method policy). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 111bdt targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for verified accounts, though this is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays during periods of high demand or pending verification reviews.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 111bdt is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored. 111bdt reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to delay or refuse withdrawals where suspicious activity is identified. In such cases, 111bdt may be obligated to report the activity to relevant authorities without notifying the User.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 111bdt reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 from dormant account balances. Users will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after a further three (3) months of inactivity.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by 111bdt are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual offer terms. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds will remain in a separate bonus balance and may not be cashed out.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 111bdt monitors all bonus activity. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 111bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a user's account prior to any such modification, the original terms of the offer will continue to apply to that credited bonus.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted subject to these Terms and to the specific rules governing each game or betting market. 111bdt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where a technical error, pricing error, or manifest odds error has occurred.

6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical failure affecting the integrity of the game; a manifest error in odds or game configuration; incomplete events where settlement is not possible; or evidence of match-fixing or corruption in sporting events. Void bets will be returned to the user's account as the original stake amount.

6.3 Results and Settlements. The results recorded by 111bdt's systems shall be final for the purpose of settling all bets and game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed to the user and a result recorded in 111bdt's systems, the recorded result shall take precedence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of 111bdt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of 111bdt.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 111bdt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Platform or its content.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111bdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failure; loss of data; interruption of service; or reliance on any information provided on the Platform.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Privacy

111bdt collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to 111bdt's customer support team for resolution. 111bdt aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
